Conversation intelligence built on reliable call capture
Conversation intelligence works when every call is caught and every speaker named. MeetStream is the capture layer for Zoom, Google Meet and Teams.
Why do in-house meeting bots miss calls?
Capture is the layer everything else rests on, and coaching scores, deal signals and forecasts all inherit its quality.

MeetStream tracks every platform change, so your capture rate stays steady.
Connect Google or Outlook and bots book themselves up to three months ahead.
A separate audio stream and file for each person.
Join and leave times for every attendee.
Reps trust a call history that is complete. The meeting bot API covers all three platforms.
Who said what, exactly
Talk ratios, monologue lengths and quoted objections are computed from ground truth.
- Exact talk timePer-participant audio gives cut-offs and overlap, not guesses.
- Quotes that check outA coaching note can quote the exact sentence with a timestamp against the recording.
- Attendance you can trustJoin and leave times show who really turned up.
What comes back from every call
Every number traces back to one speaker and their own track.

Coach live, not just after the call
Real-time audio streams over a secure WebSocket at around 200ms, with the speaker attached to every frame.
- Surface a battlecardWhen a competitor topic comes up.
- Flag a pricing questionStraight to a manager, while the call runs.
- Nudge a long monologueWhen a rep has been talking for four straight minutes.
Ship it with one API call
Send one request with the meeting URL and a bot joins the call, on free and paid meeting plans alike. Zoom asks the host for recording consent.
Webhook events track the full bot lifecycle, so your platform knows when recording starts and when media is ready.

After the call you get the MP4, per-participant files, the async transcript and meeting data.
- Topics and risk signalsFeed the diarized transcript to your models for next steps.
- Who you have reachedAttendance data shows how wide the buying group is.
- Storage in your accountBring-your-own S3 keeps recordings in your customers own buckets.
Which transcription engine for sales calls?
Accent and language cover decide how good a transcript is on a customer call.
| Engine | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Deepgram and AssemblyAI | Post-call, and the two streaming engines that push live chunks to a webhook |
| Sarvam | Indic languages |
| JigsawStack | Auto-detect across 162 languages |
| MeetStream, and native captions | The in-house engine, or the captions the platform makes |
Bring your own provider key and the transcription add-on is waived. The transcription page has the table, and agents that coach out loud during the call are on the voice agents page.

Enterprise-level security, keep your data private.
The certificate, the audit status and the Trust Center are all on the security page.
MeetStream is ISO 27001 certified. SOC 2 Type 2 is under audit rather than complete.
MeetStream is GDPR compliant, and bots run in the United States by default.
Bring-your-own S3 writes every recording into the bucket they own.

Got a question? We got the answer.
Common questions about call capture. Talk time, live coaching, what reps do, and what it costs.
How accurate are talk-time metrics?
Very. They are computed from separate per-participant audio streams, not inferred from a single mixed track. You know exactly who was speaking and when, down to join and leave times for each attendee.
Can I build live coaching features on this?
Yes. Audio streams over WebSocket at around 200ms latency. Real-time transcripts arrive via webhook during the call. That leaves room for your detection logic and an in-call alert while people are still talking.
Do reps or prospects need to do anything for calls to be recorded?
Once a calendar is connected, bots are scheduled for upcoming meetings on their own. The bot joins as a visible participant, on free and paid meeting plans alike. Zoom asks the host to allow recording.
What does capture cost at scale?
Pricing is $0.35 per bot-hour, plus $0.10 per hour for MeetStream transcription, on the pricing page. You can start with free credit and dedicated Slack support while you build your integration.
